Before building, /prznt reviews the intended result, requirements, users, constraints, risks, security, cost, and maintenance needs. The working agreement defines the build boundary, responsibilities, review points, progress visibility, and meaning of readiness.
The review also considers the financial viability and projected financial return of the business decision behind the project.
What we build
The work may include applications, automations, integrations, data structures, internal tools, or larger business systems.
Planned incremental progress
Development proceeds in bounded increments shaped by the engagement. The client sees the system take form, understands what has changed, and knows which decision comes next.
A prototype may test the direction before deeper investment. A working version may reveal needs or edge cases that were not visible during design. When learning changes the design, /prznt and the client decide what should be reopened before development continues.
More than writing code
Engineering includes more than writing code. Deployment, integration, migration, data protection, reliability, security, documentation, recovery, maintenance, and continued improvements receive the attention required by the system and its use. Engineering never stops.
Models and agents
A model can read information, compare evidence, and draft an answer. The software around it supplies instructions, relevant information, tools, and permissions. That surrounding software is often called a harness.
Some applications follow steps defined in code and call a model for specific tasks. An agent can use a model to choose its next step and which available tool to use. The design determines where that freedom is useful and where people need to approve an action.
Models and agents can also help us build an application. The finished application may use a model, an agent, or ordinary code, depending on what it needs to do.
The result
The result is a functioning business tool that serves the intended work, supports the people using it, and increases what the business can do.
Applications doing work
Applications built around a real decision or process. Both are open to try: pick a username, set up a passkey, and you get ten sessions. Bring your own sample data — invent a candidate, or paste a job posting you care about.

Recruiter
Part of a system for building your team and finding the right people. Recruiter helps you review candidates against the role, prepare interviews, and compare evidence. Models interpret the information. The application controls the steps and calculates scores. You decide who to interview and hire.
Job Agent
A job search application that compares your experience with an opportunity. Models assess the fit, ask follow-up questions, and draft application material. The application manages the stages and saved results. You decide where to apply.
