Change the business you have into the business you intend to run.
An owner often feels the problems before they can name them. The business is active, but it's not moving toward the future they pictured. Systems don't fit. Teams avoid the tools. Information is disconnected. Key people leave. Work is hard.
We begin by understanding the situation before recommending a fix.

Four questions guide the work:
- What is true now?
- Who shapes and experiences the situation?
- What is the ideal?
- What stands in the way?
We listen to the owner and the team, study the business data, and examine the systems in use. The scope of the discovery matches the situation. A focused decision may require a narrow study. A company plan requires a wider view.
From symptoms to strategy
Goals name destinations. Tactics name actions. Strategy explains how reality changes for the business to reach the destination.
We help CEOs move from complaints to solutions. We help them find the choices, risks, constraints, and capabilities involved, showing them what deserves focus, what should be set aside, and how those choices will work together.
Our work may address one decision, one part of the business, or the company as a whole.
Financial analysis and modeling
A business decision carries a financial decision. We help clients test whether a business decision is financially viable and estimate what it will cost. We project the financial return of that business decision and help the client understand when the decision may become profitable.
We can work with the client to build a financial model for the plan and connect it to the company's existing financial model. When the decision requires a fuller view, we can prepare projected income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. These are planning tools for decision-making, not audited, reviewed, or certified financial statements. The work is business planning, not investment advice.
A client may engage /prznt specifically for financial analysis and modeling. When the work supports a need for capital, we can also prepare a fundraising or bank financing package. /prznt works behind the scenes. The client approaches investors or lenders and arranges the financing.
How we work together
Engagements begin with a working agreement. The agreement defines the starting point, intended future state, expected output, initial path, people involved, access needed, responsibilities, timing, fees, and meaning of completion.
The agreement gives the work clear direction without locking in later steps. The path and the way we work together can evolve as we learn more.
Much of the work happens independently. We return when the owner's knowledge or judgment is needed. The process stays visible, and the client sees what we are learning, what it means, and what decision follows.
What clients receive
The working agreement defines what the client will receive. Strategic consulting principally produces a full plan of action for the business or an understanding that system design should begin next.
The format is designed for the people who will use it. A plan may be written, visual, available on a phone, and prepared as working context for an agent. The point is use. The client should be able to understand the direction and act on it.
From direction to execution
Lack of execution is where strategy breaks down. When the client wants help carrying the plan forward, /prznt can continue as an advisor and design the systems and tools the strategy requires.
We add focused thought, business-building experience, and the ability to turn direction into systems the company can use.
A strategic plan in use
A founder had a growing business and national ambition, but no sequenced path. We helped him define a measurable win, choose the markets and account strategy, and identify the capabilities the business needed. We also surfaced the risks and sequenced the work across twelve months.
The plan was delivered as a mobile page, a desktop document, and working context for an agent. The founder used it to run the next steps in the business.
See a sample strategic plan and its financial workbook for Northshore Imports, a fictional company.
Northshore Imports — strategic plan
The full plan of action for a fictional company: a measurable win, the markets and account strategy, the capabilities the business needs, the risks, and the work sequenced across twelve months. Built to be read on a phone and acted on.

The numbers underneath the plan. Account growth, revenue and cost, the month cash runs lowest, a loan compared against a partner, and four projected statements. It shows where the plan needs funding and what each way of getting it commits the owner to.
Change capabilities. Change results.
